Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Please sign in to your account. Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping charges for USA orders?
A: For order under $59.99 is $5.99. Enjoy free shipping for order $60 and over. We are located in California, USA. All items are shipped out from California. Please note that the $5.99 standard shipping will be charged to your order if it does not qualify for free shipping.


Q: What about International orders?
A: Sorry but we do not ship international orders at this moment. Ship to USA only.


Q:How long does it take to ship and delivery time?
A: We ship orders out at same or next busincess day after payment is cleared. With Standard Mail by USPS, delivery time for USA orders is 2 to 5 business days.

Q: Why paypal rejected my order when making payment?
A: This usually happens when your billing address and shipping address doesn't match under your paypal account registered informations. Paypal often reject anything they belief doesn't match. You can try changing the addresses. Or please contact us for more solutions.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Please contact us for enquires.


Q: What are your exchange and refund policy?
A: We accept exchange or refund (U.S. locations only) within¬ 10 days of your order date. Please email us for a return code before you send back the item.
-For exchange, we ship your new item(s) to you free of charge.
-For refund, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling. And please also note that discount or promotion (eg: Free shipping) might be lost.
